Lease to Own:We understand the tough economic climate, and to help our clients, we are now offering horses on a lease to own basis. Whether you've been considering buying a horse, but aren't sure if owning is right for you, yet don't want to make a payment each month on a lease, only to never have a chance at owning the horse, or if you would love to afford a quality horse, but need to make payments to afford it, Leasing to Own might be your best option.
Approved homes can now safely try while buying! Our place, or yours, leasing reduces the worries about buying the right horse at the right time. Monthly lease rates vary based on the horse, but all leases require a minimum of 3 references. Horses are removed from the market when on a Lease to Own contract.
Lease instead of Own:And for those who would like a short term commitment, we do have multiple lease options. Many of these horses work in our lesson program and are experienced in their specific fields. Whether you'd like to lease one day each week, or have full access to the horse, we are willing to work with you. Terms vary according to agreement, and we do our best to fit into your budget.
Here at Iron Ridge Sport Horses, we want to make horses fun and enjoyable again. Spending time with a horse should not be something stressful! Every one has different needs, and we work hard to help make horses accessible, so we offer you options.
